Pre-Order / Presale Items

Select styles are offered as presale and are not immediately available for shipment. These items are currently in production following factory closures for Lunar New Year.

By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Presale items are expected to begin shipping on or about March 24, 2026.

• Orders will ship in the sequence they are received once inventory arrives at our fulfillment location.

• If your order contains both presale and in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items are available.

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

• Presale orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only. After this window, the order is committed to production and cannot be canceled.

• Once shipped, presale items are subject to our standard Return Policy.

We offer presale access so customers can secure limited-run pieces ahead of delivery.
