VURVE Fashion House – Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window
All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear

• Returned in the original packaging (when applicable)

Any item that does not meet these standards will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
